Lead Like No Other: Behaviors for Gaining Agreement and Engagement (Webinar)

Feb. 13, 2019, 1pm-1:45pm

Description

The development of leadership behaviors that inspire others to action involves more than refining strategies and tactics. To effectively lead others requires that aspiring leaders are able to effectively lead themselves first. The approach of this training is to help individuals understand the research behind effective leadership and personal well-being so they can maximize the opportunities that their actions will inspire those around them to follow their direction. The Lead Like No Other model is based on research conducted in the science of influence as well as emotional intelligence. It also references recent work on the development of habits from a neurobiological perspective. All of this is presented in a manner that combines research with real world experience and application.

Through this webinar, participants will be able to:
  • Identify 5 personal behaviors needed to become an effective leader
  • Understand why people resist requests
  • Gain understanding of how to create better habits for themselves and others
