Breaking the Status Quo + Designing Tomorrow's Nonprofit

Tue Jul 25 2017

Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 9:00am-12:00pm

Changing technology, rising costs, and outdated business models are quickly eroding nonprofit organizations, small and large. Market demands are shifting, and so too must the capability of nonprofit organizations to deliver forward-thinking value propositions to their stakeholders. This half-day workshop will focus on strategic planning that is transformational and intentional, as well as grounded in reality for powerful execution.

This Event Will Cover:

  • how to develop a strategic plan in a collaborative process that engages all stakeholders
  • how to promote understanding of key interests while establishing buy-ins for common goals
  • how to evaluate, design, and build business models and means of adaptation to ensure future relevance

Who Should Attend:

Executive directors, senior leaders, program directors and managers
