Program Specialist and Facilitator

Maine Boys to Men

Maine Boys to Men (MB2M) is seeking an experienced Program Specialist/Facilitator to deliver our nationally recognized Reducing Sexism and Violence Programs (RSVP). MB2M is based in Falmouth, Maine, and our mission is to end all forms of male violence and self-harm and to advance gender equity by supporting the development of self-aware, empathetic boys and men. Founded in 1998, MB2M provides direct programming that empowers youth and adults to bring positive change to their communities. Our unique set of experiential workshops, rooted in a broader view of masculinity, give all people the power to notice and intervene in potentially harmful situations long before they become violent. Our dedicated team, board leaders, and volunteers have created a growing and robust organization that offers high impact programming in the state of Maine and beyond.

Our Organization

Maine Boys to Men is changing boys’ lives in ways that will positively impact boys and those around them for the rest of their lives.
