Governance and Operations: We support nonprofit leadership personnel and boards on their quest to operate as impactfully and efficiently as possible. We work with clients to provide coaching and trainings tailored to the organization’s needs. Grant Writing & Management: Brightspot provides as-needed and on-going grant support and excels in refreshing, revamping, or building grant programs - all while minimizing the workload of the organization's paid staff.
